Vastu in a modern apartment: what actually matters

Many of our buyers ask about Vastu before they ask about carpet area. The good news is that most Vastu principles line up with good climate design for Pune.

Entrances facing east and north

East and north entrances get soft morning light and avoid the harsh western sun. In Skyline, units A and B open to the north-east lobby for exactly that reason.

Kitchen in the south-east

A south-east kitchen gets morning sun that dries the counters and keeps the room fresh. Units B and D at Skyline place the kitchen in this corner.

Master bedroom in the south-west

The south-west is the warmest corner, so we shade it with deep balconies and sandstone fins. The result is a calm, cool bedroom even in May.

Our sales team can share a Vastu overlay for every plan, so you can choose with both in mind.
