    First building

    A six-storey residence in Aundh, 24 homes, delivered two months early.

  2. 2011

    First township

    Avaasa Meadows in Wakad: 640 homes across nine acres.

  3. 2017

    Green by default

    Every project since has been IGBC pre-certified.

  4. 2023

    Greens handed over

    Forty-two villas in Hinjewadi, all delivered on the RERA date.

    Skyline breaks ground
